Online Access to Your Wealth Management Accounts

Client Point offers online access to detailed information about your wealth management accounts. It brings in-depth reporting on your portfolio to your fingertips, 24 hours a day. There is no additional charge for Client Point. Click here to apply.

Client Point is a robust online system, offering a wide array of information about your account, and many ways to customize how you view it. Here are some highlights of the main categories provided in the system:

Portfolio - Provides a detailed overview of your holdings. Shows your positions, compares your current asset allocation to your target allocation, and provides analyses and comparisons. Includes the ability to drill-down using multiple filters.

Transactions - Shows history of your account activity. Various filters are available for a more customized view of your transactions, such as time period, type of activity, or selected security.

Documents - Among other things, this section houses your on-line account statements. You also have the ability to print your statements from here.

Tools - Offers downloading capability, including downloading into Quicken, as well as Cash Forecasting.

Group Accounts - If you have more than one account, you may group your accounts here for a consolidated view of your assets.

Other Features:

Real-Time Quotes - Client Point provides instant quotes on securities you wish to follow.

Scrolling Ticker - You can keep up with stock market performance while you’re reviewing your portfolio in Client Point.

Watchlist - Client Point allows you to create and customize your own Security Watchlist to keep you updated on securities you wish to track on a regular basis.

Preferences - You can set up default views based on information that is most relevant to you.

Help - Online help is available on a number of issues, and includes page-specific online support.

Online statement delivery option
Client Point provides your statements online, as soon as they are prepared at the end of your statement cycle. Online statements appear in the same format as paper statements, with the same categories and identical information. We do not automatically cancel your paper statements when you sign up for Client Point. However, you may ask us to stop printing your paper statements at any time and we welcome your helping us to 'go green.' To do so, please contact your Relationship Manager or call our offices at 1-800-772-8778.

Highly secure
Client Point uses state-of-the-art security encryption to ensure that all your information is completely secure and private. We subscribe to the highest standards of online protection, including strong authentication, to guarantee that your personal account information is not compromised in any way.

Easy to access
Client Point is accessible directly from our website. Please note that the minimum browser requirements are any of the following: Explorer 8.0, Firefox 3.5 or 3.6, or Safari v3.0 or v4.0.
